According to government reports, with an assistance of President Saleh of Yemen, the U.S. was able to assassinate an American born asset, free from due-process. The CIA led a drone strike, killing Anwar al-Awlaki on September 30th, 2011. Al-Awlaki has been suspected in being the motivator and orchestrator of the Fort Hood shooting – that should not be labeled as terrorist attack because it occurred on a military base – the Christmas day bomber, the Time Square attempted bombing and even the 9/11 attack. Since as early as this year, Al-Awlaki was added to the top of the presidential assassination program of Americans to be assassinated. I find it just a tab ironic and pernicious that a so-called constitutional lawyer who taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago would institute such policy extracting citizen’s due process.
Anwar al-Awlaki was said to have been a high-ranking official in the CIA-backed the terrorist organization, al-Qaeda, which may have been true. Wait one second, if this individual was so dangerous and a likely terrorist why was he was a dinner guest at the pentagon, months before the 9/11 hi-jacking. So, I guess his next Pentagon dinner invitation has been canceled. The question that we need to ask ourselves that the corporate media fails to accomplish, is whether the assassination of an American-born citizen – born in New Mexico – is justifiable better yet legal without granting this man his 5th amendment right? If we continue to be subversive with our constitution rights, we will eventually allow this government to run muck by any means – like it hasn’t been doing that already. Yes, Al-Awlaki probably was the key player in terrorist attacks on American soil, but as I also mentioned in my in my post, Globalist tends to Colonize the Middle East that our very own CIA has been involved in the orchestration of terrorist organizations.
If the Obama administration can get away with the murdering of American citizens and then laud by the media without due process, what’s next, targeting citizens for expressing their first amendment. Sounds facetious, right but it’s far from a fallacy. The government has a long history of demonizing their citizens for freedom of speech. In a 2006 article, written by Paul Joseph Watson from infowars.com, elaborated on how the Bush administration attempted to equate those who questioned the government’s official story of 9/11 as the terrorist. During the November 10 2001 address to the UN National Assembly Bush stated, “Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th, malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists themselves, away from the guilty.” Outrageous conspiracy theories (Bush’s voice); it’s always funny to make a mockery of the president who lied a multitude of times throughout his time in office.
Obama has appointed an overwhelming number of czars to his administration, second to the Bush administration history. One of his most Orwellian czars appointed to his administration is Cass Sunstein. A Harvard professor, who is the head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs; he designed a plan for the government, which would allow them to infiltrate conspiracy groups in order to undermine them via postings on chat rooms and social networks, as well as real meetings, according to a recently uncovered article Sunstein wrote for the Journal of Political Philosophy. This is the type philosophy that Obama endorses and appoints to his administration is absurd. This evinces example of distending the COINTELPRO – it surely has been re-instituted since the extension of the Patriot Act – program to discredit conspiracy groups and labeling them as the terrorist.
We can talk about all of the draconian policies that this administration has instituted that has threaten the lives of whistleblowers as well as an investigative journalist like Wayne Madsen. Let us not be so critical on Obama because other presidents have done the same thing. Readers you are very intelligent I know you are to research these and more information for yourself.
People may say, well Anwar al-Awlaki was a terrorist; he motivated militants that commit heinous terrorist attacks – whatever your perspective is. But we must understand is that this nation was built on the rule of law of the constitution. Al-Awlaki like any other American citizen has constitutional rights, and if those rights are contravened we allow our government to silence our speech just because they inveigh that speech. Once we lose one right, there will be a gradual violation of other rights – something that we have evidentially is happening. If Al-Awlaki can be murdered by our president for motivating terrorist then those who motivate others to be VERACIOUS against the government also have their lives threaten. Bloggers like myself, activists, journalist and others must be vigilant. These belligerent policies are too dangerous for our future.
